Yn dilyn wythnos o gystadlu brwd, bu i Eisteddfod Gerddorol Ryngwladol Llangollen 2019 goroni C\u00f4r John\u2019s Boys yn G\u00f4r y Byd<\/strong> a Loughgiel\u00a0Folk Dancers\u00a0yn Bencampwyr Dawns y Byd<\/strong> mewn seremoni ar ddydd Sadwrn Gorffennaf 6ed.<\/sup><\/p>\n

Mewn ffeinal gyffrous, cafodd Gor John\u2019s Boys o Rosllannerchrugog eu henwi yn G\u00f4r y Byd a\u2019r gr\u0175p dawns Loughgiel Folk Dancers o Ogledd Iwerddon yn Bencampwyr Dawns y Byd. Ffrwydrodd y Pafiliwn wrth i’r Gadeirydd, Dr Rhys Davies, gyhoeddi\u2019r enillwyr.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Roedd y gr\u0175p dawns a\u2019u cefnogwyr wedi gwirioni o dderbyn y teitl, a bu i\u2019r Pafiliwn cyfan ffrwydro mewn llawenydd wrth i\u2019r cantorion lleol neidio allan o\u2019u seddi er mwyn casglu Tarian Pavarotti, gan ddathlu a gweiddi\u2019n uchel ynghyd ag aelodau\u2019r gynulleidfa a chystadleuwyr eraill. Dyma\u2019r trydydd tro yn unig i g\u00f4r Cymreig ennill y teitl.<\/p>\n

Dywedodd Aled Phillips o G\u00f4r John\u2019s Boys: \u201cWedi misoedd o ymarfer, rydym wrth ein bodd yn derbyn y wobr fawreddog yma. Roedd yn brofiad bythgofiadwy cael perfformio mewn g\u0175yl mor eiconig ochr yn ochr \u00e2 thalent o\u2019r fath.<\/p>\n

\u201cRydym wedi mwynhau bob eiliad o\u2019n hamser yn Llangollen, yn perfformio ar lwyfan rhyngwladol a hefyd yn cyfarfod unigolion ysbrydoledig o bedwar ban byd. Mae awyrgylch yr Eisteddfod Ryngwladol yn annisgrifiadwy; wnawn ni fyth anghofio’r profiad o gael eich amgylchynu gan heddwch, cyfeillgarwch ac ewyllys da.<\/p>\n

\u201cFe fyddwn ni\u2019n dychwelyd gydag nid un ond dwy darian!\u201d<\/p>\n

Yn ystod y seremoni wobrwyo, cyflwynwyd Gwobr<\/em> Jayne Davies <\/em>i Mr Ramon Lijauco, Jr, o Bangkok am fod yr arweinydd fwyaf eithriadol, gwobr sy\u2019n cael ei chyflwyno bob blwyddyn i un o arweinyddion yr holl gorau yn ffeinal C\u00f4r y Byd<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Y delynores Gymreig adnabyddus a chyn-gyfansoddwraig i Dywysog Cymru, Is-lywydd yr Eisteddfod, Catrin Finch yw un o delynorion fwyaf dawnus ac amryddawn ei chenhedlaeth, ac fe berfformiodd ar lwyfan y Pafiliwn fel rhan o adloniant y noson.<\/p>\n

Fel perfformiwr rhyngwladol, sy\u2019n enwog am ei chwarae gosgeiddig, fe wnaeth ymddangosiad Catrin lonni cynulleidfa\u2019r Pafiliwn Brenhinol wrth iddi gyflwyno cerddoriaeth glasurol, a dod ag wythnos o gystadlu brwd i ben.<\/p>\n

I gloi\u2019r noson, fe ddaeth pawb yn y Pafiliwn ynghyd i afael dwylo a chanu Auld Lang Syne, <\/em>fel sy\u2019n draddodiadol bob blwyddyn, gan ddod a chystadlu Eisteddfod Gerddorol Ryngwladol Llangollen 2019 i ben.<\/p>\n

Wrth siarad ar \u00f4l y cystadlu, dywedodd Cyfarwyddwr Cerdd yr \u0175yl Edward-Rhys Harry, oedd wrth y llyw am y tro cyntaf eleni: \u201cDyma oedd cystadleuaeth syfrdanol a noson ysbrydoledig gan ein cystadleuwyr corawl.<\/p>\n

\u201cYn dilyn perfformiadau hynod safonol wnaeth adael ein cynulleidfa mewn edmygedd llwyr, roedd hi\u2019n amlwg bod gan y beirniaid ddewis anodd o\u2019u blaenau.<\/p>\n

\u201cProfiad emosiynol iawn oedd gweld canlyniad misoedd o waith caled yn dwyn ffrwyth ar lwyfan y Pafiliwn Brenhinol. Roedd hi\u2019n ddewis anodd, ond roedd gan yr enillwyr rywbeth arbennig iawn, wrth iddyn nhw arddangos emosiwn ac angerdd ym mhob nodyn a symudiad.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ychwanegodd Edward: \u201cHoffwn estyn diolch i bob un o\u2019r grwpiau oedd yn rhan o\u2019r gystadleuaeth eleni am eu cyfraniad eithriadol i\u2019r \u0175yl, a llongyfarch yr enillwyr ar eu buddugoliaeth.<\/p>\n
