Mae\u2019r tenor enwog Alfie Boe yn dweud ei fod \u201cyn methu aros\u201d i ddychwelyd i ogledd Cymru wrth iddo baratoi i fod yn un o brif s\u0207r yr Eisteddfod Gerddorol Ryngwladol Llangollen yr haf hwn.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Bydd y canwr a\u2019r actor enwog o Loegr yn agor y digwyddiad ochr yn ochr \u00e2 pherfformwyr dawnus Welsh of the West End, a gyrhaeddodd rownd gynderfynol Britain\u2019s Got Talent, mewn cyngerdd gyda\u2019r nos mawreddog ar nos Fawrth, Gorffennaf 4<\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dywedodd Alfie, sydd wedi ymddangos yn yr \u0175yl ddiwylliannol ar sawl achlysur, y bydd y gynulleidfa yn cael \u201ccerddoriaeth uffernol o wych\u201d gyda rhaglen wedi\u2019i dewis yn bwrpasol ar gyfer Llangollen.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Wedi\u2019i gefnogi gan Welsh of the West End – sy\u2019n cynnwys rhai o dalentau gorau Cymru – dywedodd Alfie y dylai\u2019r gynulleidfa fod yn barod am noson wych.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Wrth siarad am ddychwelyd i\u2019r dref, dywedodd: \u201cMae perfformio yn Llangollen yn gyffrous iawn oherwydd mae\u2019n wefr wirioneddol. <\/span>Mae yna awyrgylch cerddorol gwych – mae pawb yna o bob rhan o\u2019r byd yn dathlu cerddoriaeth a diwylliant ac mae\u2019n beth gwych i fod yn rhan ohono.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Yr ychydig droeon diwethaf rydw i wedi bod yno, rydw i wedi caru pob munud.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>A phan fyddwch chi\u2019n cael perfformio ar y prif lwyfan ac os oes gennych ddiwrnod i\u2019ch hun, mae\u2019n well byth, fedra i ddim aros.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dywedodd Alfie, sydd wedi cydweithio \u00e2 nifer o gorau yn ystod ei yrfa, ei fod yn edrych ymlaen at ymuno \u00e2 Welsh of the West End – y gr\u0175p theatr gerdd a gyrhaeddodd rownd gynderfynol Britain\u2019s Got Talent.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Wrth s\u00f4n am yr hyn y gall y gynulleidfa ei ddisgwyl, dywedodd Alfie: \u201cCerddoriaeth uffernol o wych – cyngerdd da, llawer o hwyl a chwerthin.<\/span> Fy nod yw cyflwyno sioe dda gyda llawer o gerddoriaeth wahanol.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Mae bob amser yn braf rhoi cynnig ar ganeuon newydd gyda thorf yr \u0175yl.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dywedodd Alfie, sy\u2019n paratoi ar gyfer ei daith ar hyd y DU ym mis Medi eleni, fod ganddo lawer ar y gweill i\u2019w gefnogwyr ffyddlon gan gynnwys llyfr ac albwm newydd.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u201cRydw i eisiau parhau i feddwl am syniadau, parhau i weithio a gwneud y gorau y gallaf. Rwy\u2019n ceisio troi fy llaw ar rai caneuon gwreiddiol hefyd felly byddaf yn eu cyflwyno\u2019n raddol i\u2019r cyhoedd.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dywedodd y Cymro sy\u2019n seren yn y West End, Steffan Hughes o Langwyfan ger Dinbych, sydd wedi bod yn Llysgennad Ieuenctid i Eisteddfod Llangollen ac sydd hefyd wedi cyflwyno darllediadau S4C o\u2019r \u0175yl yn 2019, fod ymddangos yn yr \u0175yl gydag Alfie yn \u201cfoment cwblhau\u2019r cylch\u201d go iawn gan iddo gystadlu yn y digwyddiad am flynyddoedd lawer pan oedd yn iau.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Meddai: \u201c<\/span>Mae Eisteddfod Ryngwladol Llangollen yn dal lle annwyl yn fy nghalon. G\u0175yl hollol unigryw, y cefais y fraint o\u2019i chynrychioli fel llysgennad ieuenctid yn fy arddegau.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Treuliais nifer o flynyddoedd yn cystadlu ar y llwyfan gwych hwn a mwynhau\u2019r cyngherddau mwyaf amrywiol ac o safon uchel hefyd. Rydw i mor gyffrous i ddod \u00e2 <\/span>Welsh of the West End <\/span><\/i>i Langollen.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Fe wnaethon ni gynrychioli Cymru ar lwyfan rhyngwladol trwy ein hymddangosiad ar Britain\u2019s Got Talent, ond does unman yn debyg i gartref mewn gwirionedd – ac fel bachgen o Sir Ddinbych fy hun, rydw i wrth fy modd i fod yn canu fy hoff ganeuon o fyd y theatr gerdd a ffilm yn fy milltir sgw\u00e2r.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Ychwanegodd Steffan: \u201cRhannu\u2019r llwyfan gyda\u2019r bendigedig Alfie Boe yw\u2019r eisin ar y gacen. Roedden ni\u2019n berfformwyr gwadd ar ei daith o amgylch y DU gyda Michael Ball y llynedd, felly rydyn ni\u2019n gyffrous iawn i ailymuno efo fo unwaith eto.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dywedodd ei gyd-aelodau, Jade Davies o Ddinbych, chwaer enillydd Love Island Amber Davies, a Mared Williams o Lanefydd, a fynychodd yr un ysgol \u00e2 Steffan i Ysgol Glan Clwyd yn Llanelwy eu bod hefyd yn gyffrous am y digwyddiad.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dywedodd Jade, sydd wedi perfformio mewn sioeau fel Les Miserables a Phantom of the Opera: <\/span>\u201cGwireddu breuddwyd yw rhannu\u2019r llwyfan gydag Alfie Boe – rhywun rydw i\u2019n ei edmygu\u2019n fawr. Bydd yn bleser perfformio ar lwyfan eiconig Llangollen.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dywedodd Mared, sy\u2019n gyn-enillydd Llais Rhyngwladol y Dyfodol Theatr Gerddorol yn Eisteddfod Llangollen: \u201c<\/span>Rwyf wrth fy modd yn cael cyfle i ganu yn yr Eisteddfod Ryngwladol unwaith eto. Wedi tyfu i fyny yn cystadlu ac ymweld \u00e2\u2019r Eisteddfod, mae\u2019n deimlad hyfryd dod yn \u00f4l i berfformio gyda phrofiad theatr gerdd proffesiynol y tu \u00f4l i mi.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Bydd yr Eisteddfod yn \u00f4l am ei 76ain blwyddyn yr haf hwn – yr \u0175yl lawn gyntaf i\u2019w chynnal ers y pandemig coronafeirws.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Ac eleni, bydd Gorymdaith y Cenhedloedd yn \u00f4l am y tro cyntaf ers 2019.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dywedodd cynhyrchydd gweithredol Eisteddfod Llangollen, Camilla King: \u201cRoedd llawer o gyffro y llynedd pan ddaethon ni\u2019n \u00f4l am y tro cyntaf ers 2019 ond roedd pobl bryd hynny\u2019n dal yn wyliadwrus yngl\u0177n \u00e2 chovid a theithio, ond eleni, mae pawb yn barod i ddod yn \u00f4l at ei gilydd i ddathlu.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cGall pobl ddisgwyl gweld llawer o\u2019r pethau y mae\u2019r \u0175yl wedi ennill enw da amdanynt – artistiaid byd enwog gwych, cystadlaethau sy\u2019n rhoi llwyfan i berfformwyr o bedwar ban byd, rowndiau terfynol byw cyffrous fel C\u00f4r y Byd, Pencampwyr Dawns a Llais y Dyfodol – lle ceir cyfle i weld rhai o\u2019r corau, grwpiau dawns ac unawdwyr operatig gorau.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cBydd yna hefyd gyngherddau rhyngwladol rhagorol sy\u2019n dod \u00e2 llawer o berfformwyr gwahanol ynghyd gan gynnwys Blodau Gwyn sy\u2019n gweld llu o berfformwyr o Gymru, Bosnia ac Wcr\u00e1in. Rydym hefyd wrth ein bodd bod enillydd Llais Rhyngwladol y Dyfodol Pendine 2022, Emyr Lloyd Jones, yn ymuno \u00e2 ni ar y llwyfan fel unawdydd ar gyfer y cyngerdd hwn.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Yn ogystal, fel rhan o arlwy\u2019r Eisteddfod bydd y perfformiwr a\u2019r arweinydd jazz adnabyddus, Guy Barker gyda\u2019i Fand Mawr, yn cydweithio ag unawdwyr o fri fel Tommy Blaze, prif leisydd Strictly Come Dancing, gyda cherddorion soul a jazz, Clare Teal, Giacomo Smith a Vanessa Haynes hefyd yn perfformio setiau arbennig.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cMae\u2019n mynd i fod yn barti hirddydd haf go iawn – os ydych chi\u2019n hoff o jazz ac yn hoffi s\u0175n band mawr Sinatra yna, dyma\u2019r noson allan i chi,\u201d meddai Camilla.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Wrth s\u00f4n am ddychweliad Alfie Boe i Langollen, ychwanegodd Camilla: \u201cMae rhai blynyddoedd ers i Alfie fod yn yr Eisteddfod ond mae\u2019n ffefryn go iawn gyda\u2019n cynulleidfa.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Mae hefyd yn arddangosfa wych i Gymry\u2019r West End – s\u00ear ifanc dawnus theatr gerdd Cymru.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mae Eisteddfod Gerddorol Ryngwladol Llangollen yn cael ei chynnal rhwng Gorffennaf 4 a 9, ac yn cynnwys cyfuniad o gystadlu a pherfformiad gyda chorau yn cystadlu am deitl nodedig C\u00f4r y Byd a Thlws Pavarotti.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Bob blwyddyn mae tua 4,000 o gyfranogwyr yn cymryd rhan gyda thua 25,000 o ymwelwyr yn mynychu.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Bydd llawer o adloniant hefyd ar y Maes gan gynnwys gweithdai, sgyrsiau, arddangosiadau rhyngwladol, perfformiadau theatr awyr agored a sgiliau syrcas.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Bydd yr Eisteddfod hefyd yn coroni pencampwyr dawns 2023 gyda Thlws Lucille Armstrong, yn ogystal \u00e2 digwyddiad Llais Rhyngwladol y Dyfodol Pendine.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
