Yr Eisteddfod Ryngwladol yn croesawu\u2019r cyfansoddwr byd enwog, Christopher Tin, i Langollen<\/em><\/p>\n

Fe ddaeth y cyfansoddwr Americanaidd a\u2019r enillydd Grammy, Christopher Tin, i ymweld \u00e2 Llangollen am y tro cyntaf ddydd Llun Ebrill 10fed – cyn ei berfformiad hir ddisgwyliedig yn nathliadau pen-blwydd 70ain yr Eisteddfod Ryngwladol yr haf hwn.<\/p>\n

Cafodd Christopher Tin, a enillodd y wobr Grammy gyntaf am gyfansoddi i g\u00eam gyfrifiadurol gyda\u2019r thema i \u2018Civilisation IV Baba Yetu\u2019, <\/em>ei gyfarch yn Llangollen gan aelodau o d\u00eem yr Eisteddfod \u00e2 Chorws Dathlu Llangollen. Cafodd hefyd ei dywys o amgylch y Pafiliwn Rhyngwladol Brenhinol, lle bydd yn perfformio ar 5ed Gorffennaf.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Wedi\u2019i noddi gan noddwr hynaf yr Eisteddfod, y cwmni Kronospan, fe fydd arlwy\u2019r gyngerdd yn cynnwys Tin yn arwain y soprano Elin Manahan Thomas, Cerddorfa Opera Cenedlaethol Cymru a\u2019r Corws Dathlu mewn perfformiad arbennig iawn. Ac yn cadw trefn ar y cyfan fydd y cyflwynydd Classic FM, Andrew Collins.<\/p>\n

Gan bwysleisio neges yr Eisteddfod o undod rhyngwladol, fe fydd hanner cyntaf y noson yn cyflwyno sbectrwm cerddorol i\u2019r gwrandawyr gyda phopeth o gyflwyniadau symffonig i them\u00e2u gemau cyfrifiadurol. Yn yr ail hanner, perfformiad o gylch caneuon Christopher Tin Calling All Dawns<\/em> fydd yn cael sylw arbennig.<\/p>\n

Mae\u2019r cylch caneuon, sy\u2019n cynnwys Baba Yetu, <\/em>yn defnyddio enghreifftiau o ddeuddeg iaith wahanol ac, yn y cefndir, fe fydd perfformiadau gan gystadleuwyr rhyngwladol yn cael eu dangos. \u201cMae\u2019n fraint i fod yn rhannu llwyfan, nid yn unig \u00e2 thalent y noson, ond hefo\u2019r holl artistiaid gwych fydd yn perfformio drwy gydol yr wythnos a\u2019r holl rai sydd wedi diddanu o lwyfan y Pafiliwn Rhyngwladol ar hyd y blynyddoedd.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cFe fydd ymddangosiad Christopher yn Eisteddfod Llangollen yn sicr o fod yn brofiad a hanner i\u2019r gynulleidfa. Mewn rhaglen amrywiol, bydd yn cyflwyno ystod eang o arddulliad cerddorol, caneuon o lawenydd, amwysedd, tristwch a chaledi yn ogystal \u00e2 chaneuon o obaith.<\/p>\n
